Almost 2 months, still havnt received my order.

I ordered on May 5th. It is now June 21st, I still have not received my order.

We're sorry that your original package was lost during international transit. As soon as we were notified of the issue, we filed an insurance claim and when we were told it would take 40 days to process, we shipped a complimentary replacement at our own expense in an effort to resolve the situation.

At the time of this review, the replacement shipment is still in transit from the United States to Canada and has not yet been delivered. While we understand the frustration that can come with international shipping delays, transit times and carrier operations are outside of our control once a package has been accepted by the shipping provider. Questions regarding shipment status, customs processing, or delivery delays are best directed to DHL, as they are responsible for transportation and delivery of the package.

We stand behind the quality of our leather products and our customer service. If, upon receipt of the replacement order, there are any concerns regarding the actual product itself, we would be happy to discuss and address those concerns. However, this review appears to be based on shipping circumstances rather than the quality of the product, which has not yet been received.

We remain committed to helping our customers and believe that sending a complimentary replacement demonstrates our good-faith effort to resolve the situation despite the loss occurring during transit.
