Return Policy

1. General Return Policy

  1. Eligibility:

    • Returns are only accepted if the ChukBand has not been worn.
    • A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned orders—whether the package is opened or not.
  2. Return Shipping Address:

  3. Include Order Information:

    • Be sure to include the packing slip or a note with your name and/or order number inside the package so we can process your return promptly.
  4. Refund Processing:

    • Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned ChukBand at our workshop.
    • Please allow a reasonable amount of time (typically 7–10 business days) after receipt of your return for your refund to be issued.
    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

2. Common Return Scenario: Ordered the Wrong Model

If you realize that you’ve ordered the wrong ChukBand model, here’s the quickest way to correct your order:

  1. Confirm the Correct Model:

    • We can assist if you are unsure which model you need.
    • Contact us at support@chukstar.com or call 866-319-2088 if you need help selecting the right model.
  2. Place a New Order:

    • For the fastest service, purchase the correct model on our website right away.
    • Your replacement will ship immediately.
  3. Return the Unused Item:

    • Return the unused (unworn) ChukBand you initially purchased, following the instructions in Section 1.
    • Once we receive the original ChukBand at our workshop, we will issue you a refund (minus the 15% restocking fee).
